“有用于社会，贡献于人民。”朱正东，一个把社会和他人的利益放在心里首要位置的人，他从来没有忘记过小时候的誓言。
朱正东，曾用名，朱利君，政府核名，朱利军，艺名，雨子，世界雨学创始人，笔名，弗凰，出身于名人家庭，自幼就有着良好的家庭教育和家风传承，这让他从小就明白荣誉不如责任、从小励志做一个有责任于社会、贡献于民族的人。为了自己的理想，朱正东发奋学习，天资聪颖的他七、八岁就以诗铭志，他把悲与乐在诗的世界得到融入和升华，感悟人生。对知识的如饥似渴的他开始学习《世界近代史》，这就把朱正东推向了通向世界的大门，他开始在绚丽的世界史中遨游，在开阔眼界的同时，他也学到了很多知识。然而生活对每个人都是严厉苛刻的，对朱正东也不例外，母亲重病，这个意外让他放弃了继续读中学的机会。在朱正东眼里，父母的生命远远比他自己的生命重要。为了能够治好母亲的病，十五岁的朱正东便开始了外出打工谋生的日子。十六岁自学《中国甲骨文》对于尚且年幼的朱正东来说打工虽然辛苦，但他在闲下来的时候也从来没有忘记学习。十八岁，朱正东返回自己的家乡，并且重新到了四川省荣县双古中学读中学，十九岁又自学中医学，皇天不负苦心人，天不负。在他二十岁的时候终于等到了继续读书的机会，那就是四川省荣县卫校。
不知道那是一段什么样的岁月，但是那肯定是朱正东人生中最难熬的一段岁月。人生就是这样，不破不立，就是那样一段难熬的岁月，才打磨出了今天这样敢于拼搏，不怕失败与挑战的朱正东。也只有真正体会过那种无助，所以今天才会把社会和他人的利益当成自己的利益，燃烧自己，温暖大地。乌鸦不同一般的鸟儿，在年轻的乌鸦老后，乌鸦的子孙们就会去捕捉食物，来养活老乌鸦。而且，不单是有动物这样，植物也是如此，一棵树上每天都会有树叶死去，这些树叶不是就这样深埋于地里，它们全部都化成了肥料，来让大树长得更加强壮。我们每个人都是这个世界上最渺小的一粒尘埃，有的人选择尘归尘，土归土，可有的人却选择“化作春泥更护花。”他们都在用自己的行动诠释着不一样的人生。
朱正东，遵循着家族家训的教诲，用实际行动践行着“宁亏己莫亏心”的言训，用不畏艰苦、百折不挠的精神描绘出了一幅多姿多彩的人生长图。1998年任内江公安分局下属保安校招生干部，从基层做起，兢兢业业、不畏艰苦，很快他靠着这股子勤奋脱颖而出。1999年亲手缔造创立了《世界雨学文化》，成为了该文化创始人。据了解，朱正东创建该文化的目的主要是为了大力弘扬博大精深的传统文化，传承中华文化的底蕴。2000年朱正东有幸参加中共中央党校学习党建工作，受龚仲廉教授栽培，隔年推荐他担任世界华人书画艺术联合会副会长，并授予劳动模范、道德模范、全国爱国形象大使、荣誉博士等荣誉。2007年加入世界汉诗协会会员，08年5月在四川荣县城管局任协管员，后经中国国学研究会授予国学家荣誉称号。年底加入中国文化管理学会会员，中国公共关系协会会员，共和国成功者编委员会任顾问委员。荣获中国百名优秀代表人物专版金像。2009年担任中国中外名人研究会四川分会会长，同年被中央有关部委评为全国楷模全国爱国形象大使，全国道德模范海内外杰出爱国人士，并且担任国际公信网络电视台台长、中国贫困学生之家、宇国世界开发公司总裁。
近年来，朱正东的声誉越来越高，2018年，被聘为《公务员职务预防犯罪西南警教中心》主任，同年参加了国际中国公益事业大典，并接受了中央电视台专访，荣获"国际中国公益先锋人物奖"，相关内容刊登在《采风中国》杂志上，已经出版发行。2019年还在海外创建《黄埔学院》，在中国国际报告研究会指导下创建退伍军人文化事业促进专业委员会，并亲自担任主任。朱正东创建的《成都弗凰旅游资源开发公司》将《弗凰旧居》打造成古荣州旅游开发区，将一带一路、天府之国、峨眉山旅游、青城山旅游、重庆渣滓洞旅游、弗凰旧居、乐山大佛、荣县大佛带动一同发展，并且使荣县大佛申请为世界遗产名录。
